Privacy Policy

App: Crypto Support & Resistance (also referred to as “Crypto S&R”)
Last updated: October 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the publisher of Crypto Support & Resistance (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Crypto Support & Resistance mobile application (also referred to as “Crypto S&R”) (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are / contact

If you have questions about this Policy or your data, contact us at omeronce1995@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following categories of information.

2.1 Information you provide

2.2 Information collected automatically

2.3 Information stored on your device

2.4 Purchase and subscription information

2.5 Market / charting data (third party)

The App displays market prices, listings, and chart data obtained from third-party market-data sources (including exchange public APIs such as Binance). When the App fetches that data, your device connects to those third parties (or related infrastructure), which may receive technical information such as IP address and request metadata under their own policies.

We do not sell your personal information as part of providing chart data. Market data itself is public market information, not your personal profile.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK and similar regions)

Where required, we process personal data under one or more of these bases:

5. How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us operate the App, including:

These parties process information under their own privacy policies and terms. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising partners may process device identifiers for personalized ads where permitted; you can limit this through device settings and, where available, the App’s ad privacy settings.

6. Cookies and tracking

These legal pages are static documents. They do not set cookies, do not show a cookie consent banner, and are not used to track you.

We do not collect cookies on Apple devices for tracking purposes as Apple defines tracking: we do not link data collected from the App with third-party data for advertising, and we do not share collected data with a data broker. Because we do not track users, the App does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt.

7. Ads and analytics

Free versions of the App may show ads. Advertising and analytics technologies may collect device and usage information to serve ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. On Apple devices this is not cookie-based tracking from web pages we own, and it is not used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

In regions that require consent (for example parts of the EEA/UK), we use a consent message (UMP/CMP) before certain ad processing. You may also reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings (for example “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android, or Apple Advertising / Tracking settings on iOS).

8. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Local preferences remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Account and purchase-related records may be retained for longer where required for billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Account and data deletion

If you created an account in Crypto Support & Resistance, you can delete it directly in the App: open Settings while signed in and choose Delete account. You may be asked to confirm (and, for email/password accounts, re-enter your password) before deletion completes.

Deleting your account permanently removes your Firebase authentication account and associated account-linked app data we control (such as unlock records tied to your user ID), except where we must retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons (for example, records of a purchase).

If you cannot use the in-app flow, you can also email omeronce1995@gmail.com with the subject line “Account deletion request” and the email address used for your account.

Subscriptions and billing are managed by Apple or Google. Canceling or deleting your App account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription — manage that in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

12. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

To exercise these rights, email omeronce1995@gmail.com. You can also sign out of the App, manage subscription billing in your Apple/Google account, adjust ad privacy settings where shown in the App, and uninstall the App to remove local data on your device.

For account deletion specifically, see Account and data deletion above.

13. International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own (including the United States). Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by law.

14. Third-party links and services

The App may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (including stores, sign-in providers, ads, analytics, and market-data APIs). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy, except where additional consent is required by law.

16. Related documents

Use of the App is also governed by our Terms and Conditions. Please read both documents.

This Privacy Policy is a general template tailored to Crypto Support & Resistance’s current features and is not a substitute for legal advice. Have it reviewed for your jurisdiction if needed, and keep it updated if you add new SDKs or data practices.
